Better communication periods. Realize that this transaction was during a holiday period of approximately, but there were periods of time that there were no communication, even to say that the process was still under review. I had to ask for the status a couple of times after not having any communication for a month.

Closing was pushed back due to underwriters "too busy". Then the closing disclosure had two different closing company's cost on it. The other closing company contacted me several times, along with the notary. In fact, the notary called me the day of closing and said my closing had been cancelled, however, it was the other company I had no chosen. Whenever I called and tried to speak with my loan processor, I was told they were busy. I was also told contradictory info by the representatives.

It closed quickly without us providing any supporting documents. However when the notary originally came out she did not have the correct documents. We had to reschedule. Overall it was a great process, closing in 3 weeks.
