90% of my loan was not handled by Ms. Babalola, but when it was turned over to her, I found it extremely challenging to contact her when questions arose. I was never given a phone number or way of contacting her, and I could never get questions efficiently addressed unless I searched for the explanation myself.
You had too many people involved and we didn't know who to address questions to. Also, final numbers and expectations could have been a great deal clearer along with the date in which we were going to close- there was a bit of miscommunication at the end.

Dependable and accurate
Make it so that one person in handling the loan processing, not 10 people all figuring out things. Also please request right documents to appraisal. Very pleased with Noemy communication and customer service but the rest of the mac team for the most part is incompetent of their job. Nobody seems to be on the same page.... If not for the the interest rate locked in, I would have gladly taken my business else where. I have been trying to contact the care compliant service as well, but she does not give me a call back.
