The First Lady I spoke to is amazing and when I needed answers. Candice Williams was very qualified an honest. Yesenia seemed to busy to follow through. I had concern with Rates, even when mortgage was cancelled direct payment still came out of checking account which she said it was under control, weeks later still did not know then check was issued plus my bank put money back, Jessica said cash the check… Still do not get why exact home next to me a month prior was $20 K more then my appraisal… It’s done now but I am n... read more

All around great work
Linda Frazier, the individual, is a gem. I gave a GREAT experience review ONLY because of her. PennyMac, the company, is incompetent. The invasive documentation requests for a simple lateral no-cash out refi were insulting and tortuous. PennyMac's right hand is clueless about its left hand. I was bounced around to 3 different loan officers. I'm sorry I ever undertook the project. It was not worth the aggravation.
