Customer service
Noemy Soriano was very polite. She always stated her name and who she was calling for. Always asked if it was a good time to talk, which I appreciated. Also told me that the calls were being recorded. She and whoever answered when I called back were quick to pick up on where we left off, or where we had left things. Very professional and well trained.
Our loan process with PENNYMAC was beyond excellent!! Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and prompt and service was smooth and faster than I ever expected!! I would recommend them to everyone!!
My experience was overall seamless I just didn't appreciate my processor Karina. She did call with updates step by step which I appreciate but her responses were always short and she was eager to hang up. When a discrepancy came up rather than working with me to understand the problem she formed an attitude and just kept repeating the issue which got us nowhere.
