Our loan process with PENNYMAC was beyond excellent!! Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and prompt and service was smooth and faster than I ever expected!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

Poor communication, not treated as a priority once initial stages completed, lack of information provided, rude interaction with Karina after she was clearly frustrated with my questions and misinformation provided, unhappy with time frame and no reasons cited for why it took longer than initially thought
