Transparency and communication. Also a loan officer who responds to any emails or phone calls at all. Eliana and Crystal are the only reason I didn't pull the plug and start over with another lender.

I received great communications throughout the process and weekly updates. If I had a question, it was answered quickly and to my understanding so I had no confusion. The overall process went smoothly with little delay and finished quicker than I thought. I would highly recommend PennyMac.

easy process, everything was uploaded electronically and securely. Communicated needs and expectations of process and paperwork needed by PennyMac team. Only had to submit 1 document twice and could have used a little more info on what to expect after notary visit. Overall great experience and customer service.

I was rejected initially and was not contacted by my Macteam. The second time was a better experience. Eliana was a terrific representative. She kept me informed the entire second time after my Mac team was assigned.

Lack of communication was a major problem. We had our closing cancelled several times. Once, I was not even told about the cancellation. The other two times it was cancelled, I had to call and ask if we were closing the evening before.
