i spoke with Shalom once. it was a different person every time. trying to set a date for the closing was infuriating as we had the option of Friday the 21st i said we use weekends for family time & was told pick a date. i did and then was told that wouldn’t work it would have to be Friday, Saturday or Sunday. twice i had someone call at 7:00 pm & 8:16 pm we get up at 4:30 am i ask no one call after 6-6:30. i said i would call back on Monday after speaking with my husband & was told what i didn’t have 10-15 minutes to review ... read more
