5 star very easy to work with always knew what was going on .Really enjoyed the fact I got an email and call every week letting me know what was going on . I will always be thankful for the way I was treated
Our whole loan process was easy
Better communication on phone calls.
Lack of communication was a major problem. We had our closing cancelled several times. Once, I was not even told about the cancellation. The other two times it was cancelled, I had to call and ask if we were closing the evening before.
Very simple and hassle free. No surprises and pleasant interactions.

Since I don't delve in this kind of thing often, I had some questions that about different things that I didn't understand and my M.A.C team (Maria V.) was very much able to help and explain to me to where I totally understood and was able to get to them what they needed to finish up my application in a much more timely manner than I had anticipated (just about a month ahead of original date).
Easy process
Great start, but closing process took longer than expected. Similary, great communication, but drop off in the final week: had wrong cash to close amount along required payment method.
