I had trouble understanding everything, because it was my first time refinancing a house. They answered most of my questions the first time, but a couple took asking twice to make sure I understood what they meant. With closing, my husband's last name was not fixed. I corrected them 3 times on that. But overall was a pretty easy process.
Working with everyone at PENNYMAC was very helpful. They made things easier for me instead of more difficult like other places I’ve tried to refinance with.
