The originating loan agent needs better email etiquette (short, informal responses) and follow through. Barry, the processor was great. We closed this past Tuesday and still do not have the funds. That is too long.

too much paperwork
Our loan officer was right on top of things. Only thing that would have made it better would have been knowing how much we could cash-out on our manufactured home. Overall it was a smooth and great experience, and would recommend them to anyone.
Eric was great, however the method of communicating through the generic email and text was odd. The time difference was also an issue because we were on CST and he was on PST. It lead to a little bit of stress between the title and closing.

I was very pleased working with the loan officer. Everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable making the decision to take out the loan.
