When I receive instructions from the pennymac team to review documents on line, I could not ask questions since it was a “no reply” email. It would have been easier if it was a regular email where you could reply and ask questions.

I have been in contact with a relative who has the misfortune of the loan with PennyMac. It is not a new loan but the requirements that have been made to the widow of a veteran, is cruel and undue justice. First they were pressuring her to refinance the loan. It would not benefit anyone but PennyMac. There is an escrow so next, they told her that they had changed her homeowner's insurance and it would save her $100. That sounded good.
