The Loan Officer was extremely attentive, replied to correspondence in a very prompt and courteous manner. I am more than pleased to say that my LO was excellent and very knowledgeable! I plan on referring any and ALL potential buyers/borrowers.
Vary professional and down to earth people
Not an accurate statement. Document communication was great. One particular individual had to stay on the phone with me and walk me through how to sign a document.
The loan officer was amazing. Her correspondence was prompt and easy to understand. Everything was explained well so there were no surprises. The entire process was smooth and much faster than I expected.
