Letisa and Corrie were both great! They really saved us on this process. I was not impressed with Pennymac and the others that had their hands on this at all. Letisa was excellent with her customer service and really changed our experience
The process took too long. , It was difficult to obtain answers to my questions. , I had to deliver the same documents more than once without additional explanation. , I felt like I had to do all of the work. , It was difficult to understand where I was in the process or what was the next step. , My closing documents were inaccurate., The closing process was confusing., My loan terms were not what I expected. , It was difficult to get in touch with a loan officer.
I really appreciate the help and all my questions and doubts were answered and I was really pleased with the help and guidance.Again thank you very much and you took a lot of my worries away.
