I wish I could give them a zero. I refinanced with PENNYMAC in 2020 and they didn’t pay my property taxes from my escrow . They net my escrow and added the balance to the new loan. (Really)PENNYMAC wrote me a letter in 2023 stating they will be withdrawing $3224.00 from my current escrow in 30 days if I don’t send them a check, Because the property taxes was paid from a corporate account and they need to recover there money seriously though!

Very frustrating to deal with PennyMac. They are holding on to our insurance money, it’s bean over 3 weeks. And now we have to show what has been repaired, after hurricane Ian.
