My purchase team was excellent, the assumptions office handling the sale of my old property was absolutely terrible to work with, they were, negligent, abrasive, and I did not feel like a customer when working and dealing with them.

There was an error on the documents, the error was fixed and the docs re-sent to the title company but no one called the title company. A follow up call should have been made to explain the situation. I had to wait three hours to re-sign.
