This was the worst experience I've had with a loan & lending institution. When we did a VA refi several years ago with PennyMac everything went extremely smooth, nothing in quadruplicate every day, etc. Also with our credit scores we really expected better %'s rates staying with PennyMac. I am very disappointed & will now be looking.
The calls were a little overly frequent at the beginning, but other than that, all communication was frequent and helpful.
This was our first time we refinanced. Your agents made it so easy!! Always there for us it was great.
