Truly sad how the Assumptions Department and Loan Department stays lieing, unprofessional, and not helping. Even the to their other departments that tried to reach to them and they lie to them as well. Highly don't recommend using pennymac with their lack of leadership, lieing, unprofessionalism, not helpful, never stick to their own words when they say they will call you back or follow up.
