Everything was. Confusing and had to deal with multiple people… experience was not to pleasant until we got Eric who was wonderful. He was on top of everything and communicated clearly and guided every step of the way. We love Eric 💕
It was confusing not talking with the same person every time. Sometimes the information was not the same. I feel if I spoke to the same person all the time, it would have been a smoother transaction. That being said, every person was professional and friendly. Thank you

What confused me is way to many people working on my documents! It’s nice to establish a trust/in a friendship, with the person I’m working with. Everyone was very nice, I guess I like to know my person. Tammie Mack stuck with me til end, I really appreciated that! She was very pleasant. I guess I felt pushed off by all the others for any questions I had. Just too many hands in the pot. Glad it’s basically done. Thank you to all that helped make this happen. Much appreciated.

Everything went smoothly and all my questions were answered.
I had individuals who did not have a clue what they were talking about. I called and explained more than 5 times that I did not make payments on the house I already owned. I then called back and was able to get the correct information for someone saying that the previous individual did not know what they were talking about and that pennymac does cases similar to mine all the time and the 2nd individual I talked to was able to get my paper work submitted and approved that day.
