Fast approval and closing earlier than anticipated
Start by not asking for documents at the last minute, because is not possible to get the documents at the last minute, people also have things to do and we are usually busy
I would definitely recommend this lady out of all the people I talked to she is the best
I have been with Pennymac a few years and have been satisfied with them. Tyra was very helpful in processing my new loan.
