The overall communication and education throughout the process was a constant. I did not feel like any ol customer or just a number. I felt appreciated as a customer and cared for each step of the way!
Once I got to Michael, it was an excellent experience. There were some bumps in the road with the closing officer before Michael, but Michael was awesome and listened to my exact concerns and dealt with me as a person not a generic number.

The worst thing is when you call you don't get the same person but everyone was very helpful
Each step of the process was clearly communicated. The entire process moved in a timely fashion.
Overall the experience was very pleasent and didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would have.
Although errors with PennyMac requesting documents repeatedly were not Paulett's fault. I still have concerns regarding this matter because it was time consuming.
5 stars all the way through!!!
Overall my experience was great. The only glitch was that some documents were requested more than once. And some documents were self explanatory and required multiple additional documents to clarify.
