My first contact was with Ivan Crume, Who explained everything very well an professionally. Next, Ispoke with Nicole and then Barry, both of whom were very nice and helpful. Getting everything taken care of was very easy and straightforward.
Let customer know if loan got was actually funded the date they were given when the closing papers were signed.

NEVER I repeat NEVER use Penny Mac! I have been waiting over 90 days for the mto clear the buyers of my house. The have the money, the credit score and everything else but this company is using COVID, staffing and other resons to justify making me wait to move to ANOTHER STATE and take a NEW JOB. I am going to lose a job I have been working for fore years because are dragging their feet.
