Everyone on the team was great and very responsive and made sure to take care of any issues or concerns that arose in a quick and efficient manner.
Using Pennymac was the worst experience I have ever had buying a house (not my first or last house). A 90 process took almost 6 months. The loan officer did shady things that are not legal, like pressuring us to change our real estate contract, and I almost lost my house at least twice when they forced us to get another extension. If it weren't for the low interest rate I was locked into I would have refinanced immediately just to get away from this company.
