Although we had a good experience with the MAC team we recommend your company not use Janet Forester with Lawson Real Estate for appraisals. She undervalued our home and she refused respond to our messages and phone calls for explanation. Thank you!

The loan was based on no appraisal waived. But at the end that was switched to appraisal needed at a cost of $600.00 to me!
