The whole process was cumbersome and took much longer than I thought necessary. We also had to submit the same documents 2-3 times in some cases.
Grace was outstanding. Kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Quickly replied to our questions and was a pleasure to work with.
Daniel & Jamie we’re awesome! They were patient with my questions and supportive. Jamie was out on holiday for part of our transaction, but he ensured I was still in good hands with Kaitlyn. All three of them embody customer service.
