From my initial phone call my experience was great.
I have done two mortgages with PennyMac and both times it went flawlessly!!
Something else.
It was very frustrating when my loan rep had to communicate with underwriting and the approval team. Seemed like there were a lot of meetings. My attorney and realtor were also commenting about how unusual and stressful that team was.
I had to deliver the same documents more than once without additional explanation. , It was difficult to understand where I was in the process or what was the next step.
