I would not consider going anywhere but PennyMac. This was my third purchase and first with a new officer/coordinator. I was expecting some slowdown but Nathan and Tyra were fantastic. They were fast, responsive, informative, and always available.
More a issue with the title company not responding on time then a issue with the unprofessionalism with the Mobil notary
