Hilda was wonderful. The problem was with Adam (loan officer) that didn’t record information correctly. Hilda was able to provide clearance and was able to get the correct about of my loan processed.
Loan closed as scheduled within our short timeframe. The process was painless.

The experience with PennyMac was smooth. Each person that I spoke with was helpful and all questions were answered. The only issue I had was some documents were asked for multiple times, but all and all the experience was good.
