I selected Pennymac based on our previous loan experience and I wasn’t disappointed. Eric was easy to work with and help me figure out the best closing details to meet our needs.
Time and time again, Pennymac never disappoints. Recently had our home refinanced and the process couldn't get any smoother than it did. They made me feel that my business is important to them and always kept me in the loop every step of the way. In addition, all my questions were always answered accordingly. Its no surprise that we closed about 2 weeks earlier that the scheduled date. Couldn't be any happier. Highly recommended.
