Initial communication with PennyMac was great (the first 14 days or so). After that the only communication was from the portal requesting documents. If I were not technology literate I would not have been able to upload and work through that process alone. In the final days leading up to closing it was a challenge to communicate with the PennyMac team. We did not get everything approved until 45 minutes prior to our closing time. Your loan officers are great to deal with. Very informative and easy to reach.
Honestly in the beginning I was extremely disappointed in the entire process, I started with a Miraya as my loan officer and was very disappointed, then went to Mike Prude who was great, but loan processor Maria was disappointing. When Cesar took over, everything went quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Cesar!
Pennymac worked with me to get the best interest rate. We had some hiccups along the way, nothing to do with them it was a siding issue. The way they worked with me on it though was amazing!
It was a great experience because everyone I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I asked a lot of questions and they were answered without judgement or annoyance.
Easy and straightforward. Loan processors were super easy to get in touch with if I had any questions. Great service!!
