This is my third loan with Pennymac. I choose to refinance with them to be with a mortgage company that I've had a long-term good relationship with. Would definitely recommend based on the level of customer service and help throughout the loan process.
Overall satisfied with the whole process. Especially once Mr. Morrow stepped in. He really helped out a lot in comparison to the loan specialist I had to work with in the beginning.
