Although I am completing this survey for DESTINI SCHRODER I am unsure if my unpleasant experience was solely due to my interactions with DESTINI SCHRODER. It honestly began with the initial representative, MICHAEL MURRAY. Communication was difficult with both. Whenever I spoke with either of them they seemed reluctant and/or hesitant to help. The loan application process was very good but towards the end of the loan it was hard to get ahold of someone to answer questions. I only spoke to Tyra twice but spoke to other 3-4 times as she wasn't available or it was a really long delay before I received a response.

Lori was great throughout the loan process. She always answered my calls, even multiple times a day, to answer any questions I had. She was clear in explaining the process and timeframe. Sometimes certain documents were being requested more than once. My experience with Lori was great, and because of working with her, I’d recommend anyone to give PennyMac a shot. PennyMac also competed for my business and offered the best deal out of 3 mortgage lenders.
