Grace was really helpful, easy to contact and an excellent communicator. I appreciate that she was working hard to understand and overcome obstacles and minimize delays She tried to help use meet our goals and the delays we experienced were out of her control.

I loved all of the reps we worked with (Paul, Grace, etc.) and I appreciate how transparent and on our side Penny Mac is as a lender. I will say there were some redundancies in the email requests for docs (but i don't think that's on Grace).

The person I was originally dealing with never told me about the points being charged, I would have liked to see my options to evaluate if it was worth paying points for lower interest rate. By the time I found out about the points being charged interest rates had rose sharply. My loan sat on final reviewer desk fora month, because at one time there was a mobile home on property, that had been removed. The title company never corrected the message they sent to Penny Mac even though I contacted title company 30 days earlier ... read more
