Communication, updates and requested documents were terrible. Several times my husband and I would request to speak to Norma and were informed that iMessage was sent to her to call us back we would call back since not hearing from her to find out that she either left for the day or got the same response that a message would be relayed to her; never hearing from Norma as requested. Norma actually do something like anything at all would have been nice. If it weren’t for other people I. Your company willing to help nothing would have gotten done. Norma is the laziest most incompetent person I have ever worked with. My 9th grade students could do a better job than her
Several gaps in communication, where statuses didn't update for 1+ week. Requested communication via email but still had phone calls frequently (while traveling for work and unavailable to take calls).
when I contacted the mac team I got someone who could not answer anything but would add notes and I never received responses to my questions or any calls I had to contact Taylor Crume to ask questions that she answered
My frustration came from things being put in the portal and then I would get email after email to get them done. Except I had already done them. I did this with my son and we both got request and they didn’t always cancel each other out. At times this was very frustrating. I didn’t like that I would be ask to sign something but then it really wasn’t necessary. It is a process and I survived it.
All my questions were answer timely and clearly. Phone calls were returned quickly with a response.
He was highly professional, communicated the process of the refinance very well. and he showed compassion to our health issues and the impact on closing procedure.
