Would have been better if I was considered for an assumption loan as I deserved one after bringing Lewis jones’ loan current with a $20,000 payment. Your website claims you offer assumption loans and I was awarded this house in a divorce and have been paying on it but you refused to offer that. Not to mention your staff offered next to no information regarding assumption loans. I realize you make a lot more money refinancing at a ridiculous interest rate and that’s why it didn’t happen. Everyone was very friendly , they answered the phone quickly and were able to answer my questions. They did not keep.transferring the call like other companies. Great staff!

Latrice was great! We did have some communication issues within Pennymac, but none of those issues were her fault and she went out of her way to make sure everything was settled and worked out the way it was supposed to.

I believe it would have been better if all parties that were involved were communicating. The experience was very frustrating to say the least. I know this survey is about Latrice, and not everyone else who had to get involved in our loan process, so I will just say we needed better communicaton.
