Pennymac was great. The only negative was the delay in the time frame caused by the appraiser, not a pennymac issue.
Nobody ever figured out that the two co-signers had separate email addresses, so I was constantly forwarding information. We had to call to get clarification on several requests. A lot of this was not Linda’s fault though
Genuine concern and helpful explanations from Grace and the team.
Prompt answers to my questions and in the end good help
Michael Di Leo was excellent. He did a great job and my real estate agent thought so also. I would highly recommend Penny Max
