Linda was wonderful and very organized
Linda was great. She called when she said she was going to and let me know what to expect next. She even escalated the final steps of closing to a supervisor (without me saying a word), because she felt the process was taking too long. Thanks again Linda!
I believe it would have been better if all parties that were involved were communicating. The experience was very frustrating to say the least. I know this survey is about Latrice, and not everyone else who had to get involved in our loan process, so I will just say we needed better communicaton.
That Veronica called for the appraisal on time so it didn’t delay my closing and cost me thousands of dollars. Then she lied about it to my wife and her supervisor.

Jessica Raynor was fine, and no issues with the service she provided. My Loan Officer told me there wasn't going to be a hard inquiry on my credit, yet there was. He told me there wasn't a need to do all this extra paper work because of the VA IRRL, which would make it quick. It was no different than any other loan and I should have shopped around.
