Destiny went above and beyond. I have ptsd and get anxiety often. She was not only kind and compassionate with me every time I called she Helped move the process faster than I could have ever excepted. It was a pure joy dealing with her. She is definitely skilled at her job but to me more importantly she made us feel valued and that Is the best customer service that you could ever offer. The overall process with the team is so frustrating. Very poor customer service, very bad communication and no intention to help customer, with incorrect processing, I have to scramble few hours before closing. The documentation updated was incorrect and on the day of closing expect the funds to be provided from one account while there are two applicants and one of the applicant doesnot even have the account in the bank that was asked to provide funds for downpayment. I free finance before and they wanted many many more documents and some of them two or three times so Penny Mack was much less documents and everyone was very friendly and helpful
I had many choices of Lenders, but by far PennyMac is the best of all. They stay on top of every situation, they speak to you as thou they know you. Just a pleasant bunch of people to work with.
Quick and thorough service! Guidance thru approval process was communicated well, simplified and easy to understand.
A lot of documents were asked multiple times and I would say yes they’ve received them but they were sent either to the wrong person or this person did in a longer work in that department,
It was a great experience with everyone I spoke to.
