Document requests were made repeatedly for the same docs. Description of docs requested unclear. Uploaded the same docs multiple times. Submitted docs not recognized on Pennymac end. Worked with multiple processors - too many.

Darcel was great but all other communication and steps of the process were extremely unorganized and stressful. Asked for the same documents over and over and never listened to me when I would explain why I didn’t have what they needed.

Everything went smoothly. My loan agent did a great till the last one week. In the last week, My loan was adjusted and that wasn’t updated in the system on time. I tried to contact my loan agent and didn’t responses timely. Before the last week, she responded timely and not sure what happened the last minute. That caused problems on preparing the closing documents. It caused pressure on a day or two before closing day. Everything else went smooth and PennyMac is a great place to do loan.
