Destiny went above and beyond. I have ptsd and get anxiety often. She was not only kind and compassionate with me every time I called she Helped move the process faster than I could have ever excepted. It was a pure joy dealing with her. She is definitely skilled at her job but to me more importantly she made us feel valued and that Is the best customer service that you could ever offer. I had many choices of Lenders, but by far PennyMac is the best of all. They stay on top of every situation, they speak to you as thou they know you. Just a pleasant bunch of people to work with.

I never got call backs despite being told I would get a call back. When setting up the loan I was told the creditors would be paid directly. Days before closing I was told I'd recieve checks to send to my creditors.
