Entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone was very informative and made sure that I always knew what the next steps looked like. I will absolutely recommend PennyMac to all of my friends and family and Rebecca was amazing!
The process was quick and met our expectations. Definitely recommending to family and friends.
The only issue we had was not with Sandrea. It was with the third party employment verification process. They were difficult to deal with and didn’t seem to understand or follow through with notes they were given in the system. Otherwise our experience was great.
He was highly professional, communicated the process of the refinance very well. and he showed compassion to our health issues and the impact on closing procedure.
Everyone we had interaction with was very helpful and very pleasant to work with.
Best team ever. Sandrea was awesome. Made everything simple for us.
