Sandrea Allen and Shalimar Santiago were nothing short of amazing!!! Never have I received such wonderful customer service in my entire life. This was the greatest experience I’ve had with financing & closing. It was fast and I felt like I didn’t have to do much. From the beginning Mark Cobb was very informative & stayed on task gathering info then we were handed over to Chantel & she was so knowledgeable & kept me informed. I didn’t have to ever wonder if things were being taken care of, she made sure I knew. Great job to all of you but…the title company was the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
