Sandrea Allen and Shalimar Santiago were nothing short of amazing!!! Never have I received such wonderful customer service in my entire life. They were, professional, patient, understanding, and relentless in regards to getting me to the closing cash back # that I wanted. I been dealing with penny Mac since day 1 and they never disappointed me. I love there service and I’m glad they could help me again like I help them🤞🏾
Communicating was just off.. I chose pennymac to make things easier and it was the opposite. I would go days with no update or response to my emails. I could have went to a local broker and received way better service.. Nancy was nice , but felt like she didn't help with certain concerns through the loan process or communicate for days at a time
Ericka was on top of everything, kept in contact with me, answered all of my questions and was personable.
Not happy having to do it but it was helpful to have it be fairly quick and painless.
Kristina was very timely and thorough in all her communications with me. I appreciated her attentiveness to my questions and her promptness in responding. Thank you, Kristina! You are a terrific representative of the MAC TEAM!

Very hard to get ahold of. We would email things to her and get many requests for the same thing. She would wait till the last minute to ask for things.
