Have 1 single point of contact handling my loan, not a bunch of people shuffling multiple loans. Every time I called, someone new, who first has to familiarize themselves with all the information in my loan. Worthless and time consuming. Explaining stuff over and over. So many repeats! Then verification of employment was huge fiasco! kept saying my verification was unknown. Seriously my previous loan that you just paid off was Pennymac. Good service. Communication was a little confusing at times with what your supposed to do and some times it was like a hurry up and wait situation. Overall I’ve used PennyMac for years and have never had a problem. I should get a gift basket for being a loyal customer lol.
