There is always certain papers needed when closing. There should be a list,given to,the,customers just in case. I got very tired retrieving this and that very frustrating

The responsiveness of Deon Lamothe and Christian Smith was impressive and professional.
We had to contact Penny Mac every step of the process. We as buyers had no idea what was needed of us and when. We were told that we would be told that, but when we were told what was needed it was "right now". We had no time to prepare. We have used other organizations before and we were assigned an agent whom walked us through every step before we even started.
