The title company was not accurate with the information and further more; I lost 4 days back and forth trying to get the money refunded to the bank in order for me to pay off one of my mortgages. I lost 4 days of my vacation with valuable time that i did not spent with part of my family. I do not want to use the title company ever again; but i will say that the lawyers did there part' after that it was very disappointing on how they gave out inaccurate information. Chris Muncal was really great and answered all of our questions and went the extra mile
Very hard to get ahold of. We would email things to her and get many requests for the same thing. She would wait till the last minute to ask for things.
Everyone at pennymac were professional and prompt with explaining the whole process.
Great communication
there were a few hiccups but help of associates we got thru them. Once documents were accepted, we closed quickly
Make sure you have agents available in the requested availability time, set clear expectations and follow through on calls and communication. Have a better level of customer service when errors are made. Have agents not over talk customers.
Easy process, and she kept me informed of everything going on.
