The title company was not accurate with the information and further more; I lost 4 days back and forth trying to get the money refunded to the bank in order for me to pay off one of my mortgages. I lost 4 days of my vacation with valuable time that i did not spent with part of my family. I do not want to use the title company ever again; but i will say that the lawyers did there part' after that it was very disappointing on how they gave out inaccurate information. This was the greatest experience I’ve had with financing & closing. It was fast and I felt like I didn’t have to do much. From the beginning Mark Cobb was very informative & stayed on task gathering info then we were handed over to Chantel & she was so knowledgeable & kept me informed. I didn’t have to ever wonder if things were being taken care of, she made sure I knew. Great job to all of you but…the title company was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Make sure you have agents available in the requested availability time, set clear expectations and follow through on calls and communication. Have a better level of customer service when errors are made. Have agents not over talk customers.
