Thanks Krystal for your help throughout the loan process. You did great. The only issue I had with the entire process was the changes with my appointed load officers...I was assigned 3 different ones within a very short period of time. My attempts to contact them a speak directly to issues I had questions about were never successful. This was very frustrating to me.

We found that almost everyone of the staff members we dealt with at PennyMac went out of their way to make our refinance go smoothly and efficiently. Despite a few cliches in the early stages, we were completely satisfied with the process
