Thanks Krystal for your help throughout the loan process. You did great. The only issue I had with the entire process was the changes with my appointed load officers...I was assigned 3 different ones within a very short period of time. My attempts to contact them a speak directly to issues I had questions about were never successful. This was very frustrating to me.
