Fast friendly service.
The experience was fantastic, just took longer than expected. I had two advisors and both were great to work with. I believe the delays in closing were out of their control. Overall, other than the delay in closing, all went very smooth and was easy to follow along.
It was easy to submit documents needed electronically.
Fast Loan Processing and No Origination Fees!
I got an email that said schedule your closing appointment. I did for Saturday at 10:00 AM. We waited for the whole day. When I called on Monday, it was not a good experience. I called back and asked for a manager. I had a better experience. Overall, I would say the program sent in the email does not work effectively. The first woman I spoke to said I never filled it out. I absolutely did fill it out.

Chantel kept me updated, daily exchanging emails. Took a bit to get the solar system paperwork required from Tesla, once received process went swiftly. She is a great employee.
Kayla was great, I didn’t have any issues with her. The rest of the process was mediocre at best. However, the end result was what we set out to do so it’s hard to complain too much. The portal seems to be where much of the issues arise. On multiple occasions I was told to “upload to the portal” despite there not being an option to do so unless a document has been specifically requested through said portal.
