The first person we talked to, Jake Snyder, was GREAT! So patient, knowledgeable, and ensured we understood what to expect. He even checked in a few times after the initial conversation to make sure all went well. I feel like we talked to multiple people afterword, everyone we spoke to was nice and helpful.
Clarification on how and when to stop monthly payments on the old loan
Every time I called with a question, I never talked to the same person. Each time I had to start from the beginning. Talked five to six people.
The service was good. I was very satisfied with the service and friendliness. She was very helpful and made the process less stressful and fast.
