There was alot of miss communication with the documentation request on what was exactly needed it would have been easier to only speak with one person instead of multiple people who didn't understand why documents kept getting pushed back.

Marcia did great. Want that stated right out of the gate. The issues I had were with whoever else is behind the scenes. Lack of communication between departments was a huge gap. When I was to initially close, the notary never showed. I called, was told to hang tight and they would get someone out. 2 hours later, I call again, same thing. Call again as its getting close to 5pm est. The person was helpful and told me they cancelled my closing the previous friday. No one told me. Pretty nice to close earlier than expected. If I had to say something that needs improvement would be the checks to creditors.
