Professional and pleasant to deal with.
I had an overall good experience with Linda. She didn’t get the bottom line of what I would be paying right, there was a little confusion but other than that she was easy to work with.
Everything was communicated to me clearly and questions answered promptly. I was very pleased with her handling of my account.
If my contacts with the MAC team were professional, timely communicated to me when they said they would communicate with me. It was the worst loan process experience I have ever had with a financial institution. I designated my own lawyer to handle my closing and the MAC team had a problem providing the information for my lawyer. My closing was delayed because the MAC team couldn't or wouldn't provide the final figures to my lawyer. It was a circus!!!
Mario did a great job by following up with me every other day. Answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would get back to me later. The loan officer supposed to call me a few times but she failed to do so. I supposed to get the $250 for Military/veterans to go toward closing but I did not received it. But overall, remote refinance experience was not too bad compared to traditional face to face refinancing. I would recommend PMac.
It’s very quick process no hassle so proud and also I recommended all my friends and relatives please go to PENNYMAC.
