The loan officer was really friendly and very good at orchestrating me through the loan process. It went smoothly and was really fast
Someone on the team chose an appraiser from 200 miles away from our home despite the fact that my home town is bigger and has many suitable appraisers. This resulted in a charge for the appraisal almost 500% higher than the norm. There was a long delay in closing because no one was taking responsibility for what was clearly an error. Fast and very accurate time frame!
Everything was explained properly and all communication was great. Uploading documents seemed to be the only small glitch, where documents were uploaded, and I could see the docs, but they were requested again. Other than that, everything was seamless, clear and quick!
Mario and the whole team just did everything in professional and easy to follow process.
