Brandon did an outstanding job and made the process understandable and easy.
This was nerve wracking at first since I had never refinanced before but to know support was a phone call away made me feel at ease. I appreciated the agents taking time to answer all my questions and in a way that made sense to me.
This whole process was amazing! It was so easy. I think I had a total time of less than four hours from start to finish. It took less than two weeks from start to finish. I am very pleased with the whole experience! I will never use another mortgage company.

Better and more prompt communication
I did not hear from Brenda until the closing process hit some hiccups. She did not communicate as much as we would have liked. I also reached out to Brenda multiple times with questions about my loan via email, and she never responded. When I tried to call, she was not available. The other employees that helped me were great
