This whole process was amazing! It was so easy. I think I had a total time of less than four hours from start to finish. It took less than two weeks from start to finish. I am very pleased with the whole experience! I will never use another mortgage company.

Our refinance process began on October 1st, 2021, and everything was submitted and completed on our end by 29th of that month. We continued to receive emails stating that we would hear in five more days. We received that email either three or four times in total, without any explanation for the holdup. We eventually had to call almost daily, and demand to speak to a supervisor to figure out why there was such a delay.
