Our refinance process began on October 1st, 2021, and everything was submitted and completed on our end by 29th of that month. We continued to receive emails stating that we would hear in five more days. We received that email either three or four times in total, without any explanation for the holdup. We eventually had to call almost daily, and demand to speak to a supervisor to figure out why there was such a delay. This is significant because the process even took a little longer than anticipated. I completely understood the Christmas time and the paperwork procedure. However, I was able to close in another country. That, for me, was awesome and great. Thanks also to Mrs. England Southern, for all her support and her professionalism. Blessings!
