The whole Team at Penny MAC was great. The communication and patience that was displayed made my refinancing process a breeze. I really appreciate Evelyn and her team for everything.
More accurate communication. Especially when I point out that the scheduled day of signing the closing documents is a Federal Holiday, yet am told that it could still happen that day. Only to later be contacted by the notary who was given Saturday as the appointment, not Monday. Then later to be told Monday does not work, because it is in fact a holiday. So then we had to schedule it for Tuesday.
She is polite and listen to client.
