Easy process
Sharonda was excellent, very communicative and kept me informed about all processes and timeline so I know what to expect. I would definitely use Pennymac again as well as refer to friends and family.

More accurate communication. Especially when I point out that the scheduled day of signing the closing documents is a Federal Holiday, yet am told that it could still happen that day. Only to later be contacted by the notary who was given Saturday as the appointment, not Monday. Then later to be told Monday does not work, because it is in fact a holiday. So then we had to schedule it for Tuesday.
Very easy and fast process to refinance our mortgage.
