I did not hear from Brenda until the closing process hit some hiccups. She did not communicate as much as we would have liked. I also reached out to Brenda multiple times with questions about my loan via email, and she never responded. When I tried to call, she was not available. The other employees that helped me were great

Great and easy process overall, just wish there was an option conveyed to not have PMI in my loan and what that would have looked like.

This process is tedious and difficult. There was a bit of a communication snafu about call times which caused the process to be prolonged and I received lots of irritating phone calls and emails giving me time parameters to call back which were not possible. Once I was made aware that I could actually call after business hours, the process moved along more quickly and with less frustration on my part.

The loan assistant was Was very clear and answered all questions. Kept in contact with us through the whole process so we actually closed a lot earlier than anticipated. It was a painless process very smooth. Highly recommend a fast track FHA streamline refi it was absolutely painless.

Our Homeowners insurance was screwed up and you still do not have it straightened out. I can't get ahold of anyone!!!! Answer the phone or my messages. This is really bad service.
