It went quick starting and the gentleman who started us was informative, quick to respond in timely fashion when questions arrived .Â
Linda called weekly just to check up if I had questions. I called and spoke to someone else one time, and she was also very helpful. I was very happy with PennyMac on my original loan, so when it came time to refinance, I went back to them.Â
