Our refinance was completed in about two weeks. All the required documents were made available right away and someone was always available to answer and questions or provide updates along the way.

Everything was smooth and quick.
Repeated emails asking me to sign the same document multiple times was very annoying. No one was able to make them stop. I started the process in October and it took till Jan to get it completed. I had to call at least twice asking what was taking so long.
Loan officers need to have a better understanding of what the underwriters are asking for. I don't have time to send 14 documents only to find out that what they really want is something completely different
